Peru: Green Hydrogen Port Project to be Executed with US$540 Million Investment
The National Port Authority granted port authorization to Horizonte de Verano to develop an integrated green hydrogen and ammonia project in the Majes district with an investment of 540 million dollars. The first terminal of its kind in Peru will use renewable energy (solar and wind) and is expected to operate by the end of 2029, with a first stage investment of 120 million dollars.
