During the first half of the year, the Peruvian export sector experienced a strong boost led by maritime transport. According to a recent report from the Association of Exporters (ADEX), 70.9% of the total exported value nationwide was moved through the country's ports, achieving a year-on-year growth of 28.6% compared to the same period last year.
This significant increase reaffirms the central position of port infrastructure in national competitiveness and economic revitalization, consolidating the sea as the main artery connecting Peruvian products with international markets.
