Supreme Decree approves regulations for the Social Fund for Chancay
The MEF approved, through Supreme Decree N° 126-2026-EF, the regulations for Law N° 32278, which creates the Social Fund for the Development of Chancay. The fund is financed by 20% of the resources collected by maritime customs at port terminals in the province of Huaral, intended to close infrastructure and public service gaps in the area of influence of the Chancay Multipurpose Port Terminal.
