APN approves action plan to prepare ports for El Niño
The National Port Authority (APN) approved its Action Plan for the "El Niño" Phenomenon through Board Presidency Resolution N° 78-2026-APN-PD. The plan articulates prevention, response, and recovery measures to ensure the continuity of port operations nationwide, establishing coordination mechanisms between the APN, port operators, and public and private actors within the port community.
