Drydocks World and Cochin Shipyard Form Alliance for Ship Repair in India

Drydocks World, a DP World company, and Cochin Shipyard Limited formalized a 50% joint venture to operate and expand the International Ship Repair Facility (ISRF) in Cochin. The agreement was signed by Rado Antolovic and Jose VJ at the Brics 2026 Summit in New Delhi. The alliance aims to increase service capacity for Indian, regional, and international vessels, consolidating Kerala as a leading maritime services hub.
