Servimagnus completed the comprehensive removal of dredger 259-C Mendoza, eliminating an environmental liability in the Port of Mar del Plata. This action allowed for the restoration of an operational space within the port facility.
The company stated, "We successfully concluded the project of extracting the vessel from the water, reducing it on land, and its final disposal. This vessel had remained inactive for over a decade."
"As a result, a sector of great operational value was recovered for the port, which contributes to improving safety and operational conditions," the company highlighted.
According to Servimagnus, "the execution required strategic planning where specialized equipment was deployed, including the Magnus IX Floating Crane, heavy machinery, cutting equipment, and highly qualified technical personnel, managing to operate without affecting the port's commercial activity."
"In this way, we reaffirm our commitment to the development of the national port system and our leadership in salvage operations and removal of shipwrecks in Argentina," the company emphasized.
