Brazil's exports grew by 40.6% in the first week of July 2026, reaching USD 5.89 billion. Imports improved by 10.4%, reaching USD 3.62 billion.
Thus, the trade balance recorded a surplus of USD 2.27 billion, an increase of 149.0%, and trade flow increased by 27.3%, reaching USD 9.51 billion.
In the period between January and the first week of July this year, compared to the same period in 2025, foreign shipments advanced by 11.8%, reaching USD 190.66 billion. Receipts from foreign markets improved by 5.4%, totaling USD 146.03 billion.
As a result of these figures, the trade balance recorded a surplus of USD 44.63 billion, with a growth of 39.2%, and trade flow experienced an increase of 8.9%, reaching USD 336.7 billion.
Up to the first week of July, the performance of the sectors showed a growth of 1.5% in agriculture, totaling USD 950 million; 81.7% in the extractive industry, which reached USD 1.76 billion; and finally, 39.4% in the manufacturing industry, which reached USD 3.17 billion. The combination of these results led to an increase in total exports.
