73 Cruise Calls in Mindelo During 2025-2026 Season

During the 2025-2026 season, Mindelo Cruise Port received 73 cruise calls, over 51,000 passengers, and more than 26,000 crew members, in addition to supporting hundreds of shore excursions and offering efficient port services to cruise lines. A successful year of operations is being celebrated at the terminal, operated by Global Ports Holding, as it marks an important milestone for cruise tourism in Cape Verde. "These results highlight the port's growing role as a strategic gateway for cruises in the Atlantic, strengthening Cape Verde's position as an emerging destination and reflecting the strong collaboration between Global Ports Holding, Enapor (Ports of Cape Verde), local stakeholders, and the wider cruise industry," reported Mindelo Cruise Port.
