He'll serve as the company's president of China and managing director of Asia.
June 25, 2026
Ben Bouldin has more than a decade of international leadership experience with Royal Caribbean, having held senior roles across the UK, EMEA and, most recently, China.
In a bid to further strengthen its Asia Pacific presence, including in Singapore and Southeast Asia, Royal Caribbean International is expanding Ben Bouldin's responsibilities.
Currently president of Greater China, he will now oversee the broader Asia region as president of China and managing director of Asia.
Bouldin brings more than a decade of international leadership experience with Royal Caribbean, having joined the company in 2014 and holding senior roles across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as most recently leading the China business. In past roles, Bouldin has overseen sales, marketing and commercial operations, contributing to the brand's growth and performance across multiple markets.
Royal Caribbean said Bouldin's expanded remit reinforces its commitment to Asia as a key growth region.
"Asia continues to be an incredibly important market for us, and we are excited to further strengthen our leadership in the region," said Angie Stephen, SVP international, Royal Caribbean International. "Ben's broad international experience and track record of driving growth across diverse markets position him strongly to lead the next phase of our journey in Asia Pacific."
The company added there are no changes to its Asia operations, partnerships or local teams.
