Four wellness at sea retreats on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity in 2027 are curated by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal's wellness ambassador & culinary nutritionist.
Each cruise is built around four core pillars designed to support a holistic approach to self-care: nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being and longevity science. Passengers can can participate in nutrition consultations, cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops; practice yoga, Pilates, strength training, dance, aqua fitness and pickleball; explore mindfulness through meditation, breathing classes, gratitude journaling and sound healing; and attend lectures about healthy aging and the latest developments in longevity science.
The wellness retreats are planned for Crystal Symphony's trans-Atlantic crossing from Port Everglades to Las Palmas, Canary Islands, March 20-April 2 and Crystal Serenity's Panama to New York sailing, Aug. 20-Sept. 3, which features fitness specialist and pickleball player Kat Valos with instruction, conditioning and a friendly tournament.
The retreats continue aboard Crystal Serenity's New York to San Juan voyage (with a call at Bermuda), Oct. 12-21, also featuring Kat Valos. And Crystal Symphony's Lisbon to Port Everglades trans-Atlantic, Nov. 8-22, focuses on the "intersection of food, wine and well-being through a sensory-led approach to mindful living," led by Wendy Narby of Bordeaux Experts with wine tasting, food and wine pairing discussions and sensory workshops.
