The newest Emerald Cruises luxury yacht Emerald Kaia makes the company's inaugural Indian Ocean season from November, sailing from Mombasa in Kenya to Mahe in the Seychelles.
Emerald Kaia has been sailing the Aegean and Adriatic in the Mediterranean since her launch in April.
From November through to March 2027, she will operate 13-day "Seychelles & Indian Ocean Adventure" voyages, sailing from Mombasa to Zanzibar, Mafia Island and UNESCO World Heritage-listed Kilwa Kisiwani, before continuing to the remote Aldabra Atoll and the islands of Praslin, La Digue and Mahe.
The journey can be extended with a Kenya safari, combining game drives through the Masai Mara, Samburu and Lake Nakuru National Parks.
Anthony Laver, GM, sales & marketing APAC, said the Seychelles is a natural next step for Emerald's growing luxury yacht programme.
"Launching our first-ever Seychelles season is a real milestone for Emerald Cruises," Laver said.
"With no more than 128 guests on board, Emerald Kaia is purpose-built for this kind of travel — able to access smaller islands and secluded bays that larger ships simply cannot reach, so guests can explore East Africa and the Seychelles islands in relaxed luxury," he said.
All drinks while sailing are included in the fare, so are excursions led by expert local guides and EmeraldPLUS cultural experiences designed to deepen connections with each destination.
Fares for the 13-day "Seychelles & Indian Ocean Adventure" departing November 29 are from A$11,395 per person.
Fares for the 21-day "Safari, the Seychelles & Indian Ocean Cruise & Land Journey" are from A$21,620 per person on the November 21 departure.
Super early bird savings with fares paid in full within 30 days of booking confirmation are available.
