The cruise line is offering the experiences in response to growing wellness demand
Oceania expanded its shore excursion portfolio with the launch of Wellness Discovery Tours.
The cruise line now offers more than 50 wellness-oriented excursions across destinations in Asia, Europe and South America.
The line said the move was in response to increased passenger interest in wellness-focused travel experiences.
The signature collection provides passengers with opportunities to engage with traditional healing practices, mindfulness activities and local cultures. Experiences include tai chi sessions in Bangkok, dance therapy in Colombo, and yoga combined with wine tasting in Santorini.
Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of Oceania Cruises, said: "Travel has become one of the most powerful ways people invest in their wellbeing. It's a means of stepping outside of their usual routine to slow down, explore different cultures and destinations, and return home with a renewed perspective.
"Our Wellness Discovery Tours are designed for those seeking to nurture their wellbeing and discover the rejuvenating power of travel…"
The wellness tours operate in small-group formats, connecting passengers with local specialists and fellow travellers. Activities range from mineral-rich baths and yoga sessions to dance classes, power walking and culinary experiences.
Shore-based wellness activities are supported by onboard programming including culinary lectures, cooking classes, food and beverage pairings, creative workshops in the Artist Loft, guest speakers and performances by local musicians. These programmes operate within the adults-only environment of Oceania's boutique ships.
Notable wellness excursions include traditional dance therapy in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where passengers learn Kandyan dance movements and rituals. In Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the Saigonese Organic Food Tasting tour offers organic teas and vegetarian cuisine with local experts.
Bangkok features tai chi sessions at Viharn Sien Park, whilst Bilbao offers healthy cliff walks through Getxo. Italian destinations include thermal baths at Terme dei Papi near Rome and volcanic thermal pools in Naples.
Asian offerings extend to traditional Chinese medicine consultations in Hong Kong, including acupuncture and cupping therapies. Greek experiences combine yoga with wine tasting overlooking Santorini's caldera, and Vietnamese programming includes tai chi and vegetarian meals at a Buddhist monastery near Hanoi.
South American options feature Patagonian hot springs accessed via fjord cruise from Puerto Chacabuco, Chile, where passengers travel by catamaran through the Aysén Fjord to reach Ensenada Perez Hot Springs.
