Saigon Newport Corporation reported that Tan Cang Petro Cam Ranh (TCPC) received and stored five oversized wind turbine blades delivered by the vessel Pacific Titan. Each unit measures up to 89 meters in length, currently recognized as the longest wind turbine blade transported to date for a national project in Vietnam.
The project was carried out through close coordination between port operations, engineering, site operations, and field teams to ensure the safe handling of oversized and overweight cargo, with the participation of experienced member units within Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP).
TCPC directly received the vessel and organized port operations, while Tan Cang Technical Services coordinated cargo handling activities.
"With strict requirements in technical execution, safety, and operational coordination, the successful management of this shipment once again demonstrates the capability of Saigon Newport's logistics ecosystem to execute oversized and overweight cargo projects, especially for large-scale renewable energy developments," communicated Saigon Newport Corporation.
