Ocean Network Express (ONE) wishes to clarify recent press reports and external announcements regarding our operations at the Port of Acajutla.
As part of our commitment to continuous operational improvement and the exploration of new market opportunities, we recently conducted a single test call to evaluate the feasibility of a potential service development. We are currently gathering market feedback and analyzing data to determine its viability. No decision has been made regarding the next steps or the implementation of any regular service on this route.
We want to remind our customers and partners that ONE already serves the Port of Acajutla through our established service MAREX 2 (Margarita NEO-Express Service 2). Any official updates on new regular services will be communicated directly through our official channels.
We appreciate the enthusiasm of the local authorities and look forward to continuing our collaboration to support regional trade.
