In light of the severe infrastructure damage and ongoing rescue operations following the earthquakes on June 24, 2026, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is taking immediate measures to protect our personnel, our vessels, and our customers' cargo. Due to significant disruptions in port operations, customs processes, and local land logistics, our services have been significantly affected, and safety continues to be our top priority.
Current Operational Status and Contingency Measures
The discharge of cargo at Puerto Cabello will constitute the full fulfillment of Ocean Network Express's obligations under the Contract of Carriage, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Bill of Lading.
