Ositrán Activates New Regulation for Virtual Document Reception Desk

Ositrán informs stakeholders and the general public that, as of July 27, 2026, the new "Regulation for the Use of Ositrán's Virtual Document Reception Desk and Electronic Mailbox" came into effect, approved by Presidential Resolution N.° 042-2026-CD-OSITRAN.

Among the main modifications is the update of references to the Digital Headquarters, which are replaced by the "Digital Services Center," a digital platform through which Ositrán makes services such as the Virtual Document Reception Desk and the Electronic Mailbox, among others, available to the public. Access to these services is enabled through the Institutional Portal Gob.pe.

Likewise, existing provisions on the affiliation, authentication, and deactivation of Electronic Mailbox credentials have been reorganized and systematized with the purpose of strengthening regulatory clarity and coherence, facilitating their understanding and application by stakeholders, providing legal certainty, and facilitating access to and use of Ositrán's digital services.
