APS Publishes Report on Gender Pay Equality

The Santos Port Authority (APS) adopts equal pay for men and women. To prove compliance with this equality, guaranteed in Article 5 of Law 14.611/2023, APS publishes on its website the Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Report for the second half of 2026, also complying with Decree 11.795 of November 23, 2023.

APS's strategic objective is to "foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and institutional relations" and, beyond pay equality, seeks effective representation in leadership positions, with one of its strategic indicators being the percentage of women in representative roles.

The Company has a Diversity Committee, which promotes literacy, events, projects, and awareness actions in all its sectors and outside the company's gates.
