Brasília, 11/05/2026 – The National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) opened, on Tuesday (3), the period for submitting contributions on the services provided and the responsibilities of container port terminals in handling cargo subject to customs transit or customs clearance under the "dispatch over water" modality.

The discussion is part of Public Consultation SRG No. 06/2026, related to Topic 3.10 of the 2025/2028 Regulatory Agenda, and refers to the Preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) report.

Until December 2, at 11:59 PM, users, agents of the waterway sector, and other interested parties can submit information and suggestions that contribute to the analysis of the topic and the evaluation of possible regulatory measures.

How to participate

Contributions must be submitted exclusively via the electronic form for Public Consultation SRG No. 06/2026, until the deadline. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.

Supplementary materials, such as maps, blueprints, and photographs, may be sent in digital format to the email srg@antaq.gov.br, provided they are properly identified and submitted within the established deadline. The content of the contribution, however, must be obligatorily registered in the electronic form.

Received contributions will be made available on ANTAQ's portal.

Webinar

ANTAQ will also promote, on November 10, at 2:30 PM, a webinar to present the topic, discuss the main points of the Preliminary AIR report, and clarify doubts from interested parties.

The meeting will be broadcast live on ANTAQ's official YouTube channel. During the broadcast, the public can send questions via WhatsApp (61) 2029-6515.
