DP World in Ecuador, together with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency; GIZ, through the European Union's SERPAZ Program; and Humboldt Zentrum, is promoting a dual training program aimed at young people and individuals in human mobility situations.
The program includes the participation of 50 people in the theoretical phase, of whom 25 will continue with practical training in DP World's operations, under the German Dual Training methodology, strengthening their technical skills and employability opportunities.
In this context, DP World received the Inclusive Company Seal granted by UNHCR, in recognition of its commitment to labor inclusion. The initiative also contributes to the training of talent for activities related to logistics and port operations.
