Transcend Cruises has announced that as the company prepares to launch its first purpose-built vessel for the group market next month, it has partnered with the Netherlands-based cosmetics and wellbeing brand Rituals and its "Mind Oasis by Rituals".
"We are thrilled to be partnering with Rituals, a frontrunner in wellbeing, to offer 'Mind Oasis by Rituals,' a restorative wellbeing experience that only Transcend will offer on the European rivers," said Kimberly Daley, chief operating officer.
Daley added: "Transcend was purpose-built to rethink what is possible for groups on the rivers of Europe. This partnership is a strong example of how we are combining flexible charter design, premium hospitality and meaningful wellness experiences to create a new standard for the group market."

Transcend said in a press release that Mind Oasis offers multisensory wellbeing experiences, including a Brain Massage and a Hydro Massage.
The experiences in the Mind Oasis are designed as one complete wellbeing journey – where the Hydro massage relaxes and rejuvenates the body and the Brain massage recharges the mind, the company added.
The company's onboard wellness facility is designed to support the needs of multi-day meetings, incentives, retreats and affinity programs.
The facility also features spa treatment rooms, a fitness center complete with the latest strength training and cardio equipment, an outdoor yoga deck, a barefoot walking path, as well as a sauna and relaxation areas.
The Hydro massage treatment, where guests float on a warm waterbed, helps relieve muscular tension and is combined with red light therapy, nature soundscapes and aromatherapy.
The Brain massage is a multisensory wellbeing experience designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration. Combining immersive sound, breath guidance, light, scent and synchronized haptic vibrations, the experience guides the nervous system into a calmer state.
The massage is, according to the press release, powered by brainwave entrainment; it helps shift brain activity toward slower, more restorative patterns, supporting recovery, relaxation and mental wellbeing. Thirty minutes of the Brain massage is experienced as 2 hours of deep sleep.
