Chef Michelle Bernstein joins Victory Cruise Lines as culinary curator

Victory Cruise Lines appointed James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein as culinary creator and chef partner. Bernstein will develop signature menus for the Coastal Dining Room and The Grill, create seasonal offerings, and host culinary events on select voyages. Her exclusive signature dishes will be featured each evening beginning August 2026, with the partnership extending to digital content and destination-inspired storytelling.
