Iquique Terminal Internacional (ITI) carried out a clothing delivery action to strengthen collaborative work with the boatmen of Muelle Prat, "our neighbors and key allies," as stated by the port company.
ITI delivered new clothing and accessories so that the boatmen can carry out their work, especially on important dates such as the Naval Glories, where they transport nearly 2,000 people in their boats to the pilgrimage to the Esmeralda buoy.
The delivery was made by the Iquique Terminal Internacional team, led by General Manager, Rodrigo Pommiez.
"This reaffirms our commitment to those who are a fundamental part of local maritime activity, an initiative framed within our Sustainability Plan," said Pommiez after the delivery ceremony.
