As part of its growth and consolidation strategy, 359° will now operate under the Ulog Uruguay brand. Ulog is the integrated logistics solutions division of Ultramar, a group with a presence in 27 countries and an extensive global network of operations.
In Uruguay, the operation continues to develop within the framework of AMS, a company with almost 80 years of experience in logistics and foreign trade, also part of Ultramar.
The transformation represents the company's evolution and is part of a long-term vision aimed at strengthening its market position, expanding its capabilities, and offering increasingly comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of an ever-evolving foreign trade.
In this new stage, Ulog Uruguay will combine the experience and local market knowledge built by 359º with the backing of a regional platform present in eleven Latin American countries and an extensive international network of offices, agents, and strategic partners, strengthening its capacity to develop logistics solutions of greater scope and complexity.
The new identity reflects a company prepared to continue growing, with greater capabilities to support national and international logistics projects, incorporating the backing of a regional network without losing the agility, proximity, and knowledge that characterize a team with extensive experience in the Uruguayan market.
"The transformation from 359º to Ulog Uruguay strengthens our value proposition, incorporating new capabilities and greater regional integration, without losing what constitutes our essence: knowledge of the Uruguayan market, closeness to our clients, and the commitment of our teams. It is an evolution that projects us into the future with a more solid, integrated, and competitive platform," stated Guillermo Rucks, CEO of AMS.
For his part, the manager of Ulog Uruguay, Ignacio Draper, noted that this change represents a new stage for the company. "We will continue to be the same team, with the same dedication to service and the same proximity that our clients have known for years, but now with the backing of a regional platform that expands our capabilities, strengthens our logistics proposal, and allows us to support increasingly challenging projects," he pointed out.
