The Quequén Port Management Consortium reported that the comprehensive slab repair works are continuing and progressing on Almirante Brown Avenue, a road axis that provides access to the port area.
According to the company, the intervention will require several months of sustained work. The project is being carried out with the aim of reconstructing and modernizing one of the city's most important corridors.
"Once completed, the project will consolidate a truly safe road corridor, directly benefiting the daily traffic of residents, workers, cargo transport, and all logistical activity linked to the maritime station," the consortium highlighted.
According to the port authority, led by its president, Mariano Carrillo, the central objective of this project is to continue working to improve the urban environment and the quality of life of the communities that coexist daily with the operational dynamics of the port, achieving a harmonious integration between the city, the maritime terminal, and regional development.
Additionally, the consortium requested local drivers and pedestrians to continue circulating with caution in the area while the works are underway and to respect the corresponding road signage.
