Hanseatic Global Terminals Latin America will hold the fifth version of its Port Meeting, an event that brings together leaders, clients, and executives from the multipurpose port terminals in Iquique, Antofagasta, San Antonio, and San Vicente, which are managed by the company.
The initiative provides a space that gathers different actors of the logistics chain in a single instance with the aim of promoting the exchange of ideas, sharing experiences, and strengthening a common vision on the main challenges and opportunities of the current context.
"This meeting reflects how we understand port development as a collaborative effort, built on dialogue, shared experience, and the commitment of our teams. Bringing together leaders and executives from our terminals allows us to strengthen a common vision on the industry's challenges and continue promoting safe, efficient, and sustainable operations," said regional CEO, Rodrigo Galleguillos.
The executive highlighted that this meeting takes place in a global context that underscores the relevance of the maritime-port industry, in which ports play a fundamental role in the development of the world economy.
During the meeting, in addition to delving into topics such as safety and operational standards, representatives from key industries for foreign trade will participate: shipping companies, retailers, and fruit exporters.
