Ports of Normandy is opening a tender for an area of more than 40 hectares located in the Flamands and Mielles port areas, in the Port of Cherbourg, for the period between July 1, 2027, and December 31, 2030.
The objective of this Transparency Procedure is to invite applications and proposals and, where appropriate, to select one or more companies wishing to establish operations on the site.
The offer is open to all interested companies or groups of companies that have land or property needs and wish to develop economic activities that require proximity to water and port facilities.
This procedure is open to dialogue and the joint development of the company's project, in order to create the most favorable conditions for its success. Projects must necessarily support maritime traffic and the use of port material handling facilities, and promote employment.
The deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, September 25, 2026.
