The Port of Paracas announced the appointment of Fernando Valdivieso Gálvez as the new Operations Manager of the port facility.
The maritime facility commented, "We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Fernando Luis Valdivieso Gálvez as the new Operations Manager of the Port of Paracas."
"Fernando brings over 20 years of experience in the port and logistics sector, leading complex operations both nationally and internationally. His career has been characterized by a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement, which are fundamental pillars for the sustainable growth of our operation," highlighted the port facility.
"Before joining our team, he served as Operations Manager at DP World, where he consolidated his management capabilities in highly demanding environments," they indicated.
Furthermore, the port emphasized that Valdivieso "stands out for developing high-performance teams, optimizing processes using Lean methodologies, and effectively managing relationships with authorities, clients, and stakeholders, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business."
