MTC Coordinates with Moquegua on Road, Port, and Air Infrastructure Projects
The Minister of Transport and Communications, Rafael Rey Rey, met with the regional governor of Moquegua, Gilia Gutiérrez Ayala, to promote strategic projects. They reviewed the Moquegua-Omate-Arequipa highway, the improvement of the port of Ilo with the breakwater pier under Works for Taxes (agreement scheduled for December), and the resumption of Ilo-Lima-Ilo flights. The DGAC announced the acquisition of portable lights for Ilo airport.
