Knauf Ibérica and Torralba Coordinate Export Strategies with the APA in Almería Ports
The president of the APA, Rosario Soto, met with the CEOs of Knauf Ibérica and Grupo Torralba in Madrid to coordinate operational strategies in the ports of Almería and Carboneras. Almería is a world leader in gypsum exports, with a traffic of 13 million tons reached in 2025. The APA highlighted the strategic strength of its ports, with recovered facilities in Carboneras (two docks with a 17-meter draft) and the expansion of the Pechina Dock in Almería (18-meter draft, 260-meter extension, and 4.5 hectares of surface area).
