NYK Acquires 50% Stake in Avenir LNG Limited

NYK completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Avenir LNG Limited, acquired from Stolt-Nielsen Gas Ltd., a subsidiary of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNI). With the transaction finalized, both companies established a joint ownership and operating structure. The joint venture will seek opportunities in the supply of LNG and bio-LNG for vessels, supporting the maritime industry's transition to lower-emission fuels.
