Buenos Aires Launches Incentives for Argentine-Flagged Vessels

The Buenos Aires Port Council announced a program of economic and operational incentives to promote the use of Argentine-flagged vessels. Measures include priority berthing, discounted rates for national flag vessels, additional reductions for vessels repaired in Buenos Aires shipyards in the last 12 months, and benefits for those increasing their call frequency compared to the average of the previous two years.
