EPSA modifies bidding strategy for Outer Port in San Antonio

San Antonio union leaders met with EPSA General Manager, Fernando Gajardo, to learn about the new bidding strategy for the Outer Port. The executive explained that the process will separate the bidding for the breakwater from the enabling works, without altering the project's overall schedule. Port security issues and technical studies for operations with waves up to 2.5 meters were also discussed.
