The Santos Port Authority (APS), a Brazilian Government company responsible for the public infrastructure of the Port of Santos, has opened bidding process 55/2026, aiming to hire an advertising agency. The resulting contract will have an annual value of 9.2 million Brazilian Reais and may be valid for up to five years. The tender will be governed by Law 13.303/2016, under the "Best Technique and Price" modality, and other applicable regulations. The deadline for submitting proposals is December 23rd.
