Hapag-Lloyd implements shore power in Hamburg port
Hapag-Lloyd signed an agreement with the Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) to use shore power in the port. The vessels Al Muraykh and Tihama have already utilized this infrastructure during their calls. Currently, about 35% of Hapag-Lloyd's fleet is equipped for shore power supply, in line with its goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2045.
