The National Fund for the Financing of State Business Activity (Fonafe) agreed to appoint presidents and directors in nine companies under its scope, including Grupo Distriluz, San Gabán, Electro Sur Este, Electro Puno, Empresa Nacional de la Coca (Enaco), Peruvian Corporation of Airports and Commercial Aviation (Corpac) and Postal Services of Peru (Serpost).
Through Board Agreement N.° 001-2026/017-FONAFE, published today in the Official Gazette El Peruano, Hialmer Saturnino Ordinola Calle was appointed president of Grupo Distriluz and Gerardo Manuel Fernández Farfán was appointed president of San Gabán S.A. Both represent the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem).
Likewise, Gimmy Salcedo Guevara was appointed director of Electro Sur Este S.A., Louis Michael Sánchez Villacorta of San Gabán S.A. and Walter Hugo Arana Mayorca of Electro Puno S.A., also representing the Minem.
Similarly, Cinthya Vanesa Cárdenas Tafur was appointed director of Enaco S.A., representing the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and Armando Hernán San Román Alva was appointed director of the same company, at the proposal of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).
On the other hand, Claudia Liliana Dávila Moscoso was appointed director of Corpac S.A. representing the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC). Dávila had been serving as executive director of Provías Nacional. She also served as Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations in 2022.
Finally, Milagritos Pilar Pastor Paredes was appointed director of Serpost S.A., also representing the MTC. Fonafe specified that the appointments were approved at the board meeting held on June 12, 2026.
It should be noted that 35 state-owned companies are within the scope of Fonafe, of which there are eleven electricity distribution companies, five generating companies, four financial companies, six non-electrical infrastructure companies, one hydrocarbon company and eight companies with diverse activities.
