The new edition gathers jurists, academics, magistrates, and professionals from the Ibero-American maritime sector to analyze the main challenges of the industry and contemporary maritime law. Among the topics to be addressed are oil spills, wreck removal, P&I insurance and coverage, port activity, decarbonization, autonomous vessels, arbitration, the oil & gas sector, fishing, and waterways, among others.
During the opening ceremony, the National Naval Prefect addressed those present, within the framework of the first day of the meeting.
For his part, the Director of Navigation Security Police, Prefect General José Fernando Dos Santos, participated as a speaker in the first panel of specialists, dedicated to the topic of oil spills.
