Brasília, 11/03/2026 – Data collection for the preparation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories in the port system is under discussion at the National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ). Starting this Tuesday (3), users, agents of the waterway sector, and other interested parties can submit contributions on the matter through Public Consultation SRG nº 07/2026.
The initiative seeks to gather information and suggestions to support the analysis of possible regulatory measures related to the collection of this data. The discussion is part of Theme 3.9 of the 2025/2028 Regulatory Agenda and refers to the Preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) report.
The deadline for participation is until 11:59 PM on December 2, exclusively through an electronic form provided by the Agency.
How to participate
Contributions must be submitted via the electronic form for Public Consultation SRG nº 07/2026, by the deadline. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.
Interested parties may also send digital images, such as maps, blueprints, and photographs, to the email srg@antaq.gov.br, provided they are properly identified and respect the established deadline. The content of the contribution, however, must be filled out exclusively on the electronic form.
Received submissions will be made available on ANTAQ's portal.
