Brasília, 09/29/2026 – Please note the new date: the webinar on Topic 2.6 – "Container demurrage - ANTAQ Resolution No. 62/2021", part of the 2025/2028 Regulatory Agenda, has been rescheduled for October 8th, at 3 PM. The meeting will be held by the National Agency for Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ) to present and discuss the topic with interested parties and clarify aspects related to the Preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) report.
The deadline for participation in Public Subsidy Collection SRG No. 03/2026 remains unchanged. Until 11:59 PM on October 20th, users and agents of the national waterway sector, as well as other interested parties, may submit contributions, subsidies, and suggestions on the Preliminary AIR report exclusively through an electronic form provided by the Agency.
Public subsidy collection is a participation mechanism that allows gathering information and contributions to support knowledge building and the development of proposals on a given matter. At ANTAQ, the instrument enables interested parties to collaborate in writing.
How to participate
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the electronic form of the Public Subsidy Collection SRG No. 03/2026 until 11:59 PM on October 20th. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.
It is possible to send digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, to the email srg@antaq.gov.br, provided that the participant is identified and respects the deadline. The content of the contribution, however, must be obligatorily filled in the specific fields of the electronic form. The contributions received will be made available on the ANTAQ website.
