The Ministry of Ports and Airports (MPor) has launched a public consultation for the population to help define which of the ministry's databases should be opened first. The contributions will guide the definition of the order of priority foreseen in the 2026–2028 Open Data Plan (PDA). The measure is contained in Ordinance No. 457, of September 29, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Thursday (8).
The consultation will be open for 15 days, counting from the publication of the ordinance. During this period, interested parties will be able to access the Brasil Participativo platform and select up to five databases they consider most relevant for public availability.
How to participate
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the form available on the Brasil Participativo platform. Submissions sent after the deadline or by other means will not be considered.
After the consultation closes, MPor will publish the results and the definitive text of the 2026–2028 Open Data Plan.
