Companies recognized as Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) participated in the "Supply Chain Integrity" forum, organized by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the National Customs Service of Ecuador (SENAE). The meeting promoted dialogue between authorities and private sector representatives to strengthen foreign trade security.
During the day, cooperation mechanisms, risk prevention, and technological tools were analyzed to protect logistics operations, without affecting trade facilitation. The importance of transparency and regulatory compliance in supply chain processes was also highlighted.
The participation of AEO companies reaffirms the private sector's commitment to the security and reliability of their operations. These initiatives promote co-responsibility between institutions and operators to strengthen the integrity of the logistics chain and the competitiveness of Ecuadorian foreign trade.
