The Port Authority of Esmeraldas welcomed the Singapore-flagged bulk carrier Strategic Explorer, which is docked at Pier No. 3. The vessel, measuring 180 meters in length and with a 10.5-meter draft, arrived with 36,322 tons of solid bulk cargo.
The cargo consists of supplies intended for the country's industrial and productive sectors. Docking maneuvers were coordinated by the operational and security teams, in accordance with international maritime safety protocols.
The arrival demonstrates the operational and logistical capacity of the Port of Esmeraldas to handle cargo vessels and mobilize imported goods. These operations contribute to national supply and the development of Ecuadorian foreign trade.
