Terminal Portuario de Guayaquil (TPG) has over 2,000 connections for refrigerated containers (reefers), intended to handle cargo that requires controlled conditions during its stay at the terminal.
This infrastructure allows TPG, a Hanseatic Global Terminals port, to operate, connect, and monitor temperature-controlled units. These services support the handling of products that require specific conditions during their passage through the terminal.
The capacity to handle refrigerated cargo contributes to Ecuador's foreign trade and the handling of temperature-sensitive products. This allows for supporting the operations of export sectors to international markets.
