The sports program promoted by Terminal Pacífico Sur Valparaíso, one of the most established in the commune, involved eight educational institutions.
The eighteenth season of TPS Soccer Schools successfully concluded this week, with the participation of over 200 boys and girls from eight schools in Valparaíso, and has benefited over 5,000 students over time.

This initiative is promoted by Terminal Pacífico Sur Valparaíso (TPS) to foster sports, coexistence, and comprehensive development in public educational institutions in the commune, making it one of the most consolidated programs of its kind in the region.
The schools participating in the 2026 season were: Escuela Alemania, Escuela Eleuterio Ramírez, Escuela Estado de Israel, Liceo Matilde Brandau, Escuela Juan Wacquez, Escuela Joaquín Edwards Bello, Centro Educativo Reino de Suecia, and Escuela Grecia, all from Valparaíso.
TPS Soccer Schools operates in each school, with classes twice a week, and includes the provision of sports equipment and specialized instructors so that elementary school boys and girls can practice this sport in their own establishments.

This project is possible thanks to collaborative work with the Servicio Local de Educación Pública (SLEP) of Valparaíso and the Ministry of Sports, through the Law of Donations for Sports Purposes.
Fernanda Rehbein, Deputy Manager of Sustainability and Communications at TPS, commented: "TPS Soccer Schools is an emblematic initiative for us and also for the schools that participate year after year, because in addition to promoting sports, it is an excellent way to transmit values to children that will be useful to them throughout their lives, such as teamwork and personal improvement. So once again, we congratulate the young people, the schools, and thank the institutions that support this project."
The TPS Soccer Schools will return next year, hoping to once again bring together more boys and girls from Valparaíso for sports practice and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
