26 Oct 2026
On 20 October 2026, the UK Trader Support Service (TSS) officially moved to a new platform with a new service provider. As a result, all Great Britain and Northern Ireland goods movements from this date onwards must now be submitted on the new platform.

If you haven't finished moving to the new platform yet, check that you're fully enrolled. Make sure your company profile, users, authorisations (such as UKIMS), and agent relationships are correct. Get the latest news and information on the switchover via HMRC and NICTA.
