Pisco is strengthening its presence in the Hungarian market through promotional activities driven by the Embassy of Peru in Hungary, such as the new edition of "Pisco Night," held on September 4th in Budapest.
The event took place at the Kimpton BEM Budapest hotel and was part of the diplomatic mission's efforts to promote Peruvian image, culture, traditions, and gastronomy in that country.
"Pisco Night" gathered business leaders, members of the diplomatic corps, officials from international organizations, and friends of Peru, who participated in a session aimed at disseminating the characteristics and versatility of pisco, presented as the "Spirit of Peru."
During the event, attendees tasted pisco sour, chilcano, and a selection of signature cocktails made with pisco and prepared by the Kimpton BEM Budapest team.
The activity also marked the beginning of a new edition of "Pisco Week," an initiative taking place at the Kimpton BEM Budapest that will allow the public to access a special menu of pisco-based drinks.
This initiative seeks to contribute to a greater understanding and appreciation of the Peruvian distilled spirit in the Hungarian market, as well as to strengthen its presence in the country's gastronomic and beverage offerings.
