To strengthen information security and protect access to the PIS (Secure Smart Port) system, the National Port System Administration Manzanillo is implementing two-factor authentication. This mechanism adds identity verification upon login, in addition to the password, which will help reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
To configure this feature, users must download the Google Authenticator application from their mobile device's official store (Google Play or Apple Store), and follow the steps that appear when logging into the Secure Smart Port portal.
It is recommended to keep the registered email address updated and not to share verification codes with third parties, as these are part of the account protection measures.
