Hafnia Limited increases stake in TORM plc to 18.19% with major share acquisition

Hafnia Limited ("Hafnia") has informed TORM plc that Hafnia has acquired in aggregate 4,500,000 Class A shares in TORM plc, and as a result now holds in total 18,656,061 Class A shares in TORM plc, corresponding to approximately 18.19 % of the total issued share capital and total voting rights in TORM plc.
