Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (hereinafter “NYK”) informs that distribution of dividends has been resolved today at the meeting of the board of directors of OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS PTE. LTD. (hereinafter “ONE”), our equity method affiliate, and NYK is scheduled to receive dividends from ONE.
NYK to receive USD 204 million dividend from ONE on November 13, 2026
NYK said the board of directors of Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (ONE), its equity method affiliate, resolved a dividend of approximately USD 204 million at an exchange rate of JPY 157.54 per U.S. dollar, scheduled for November 13, 2026. NYK expects to record it in non-operating revenues for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, with no impact on consolidated results.
