The Panama Maritime Authority (AMP), as the entity responsible for administering, regulating, and strengthening the Panama Ship Registry, reaffirms its commitment to offering agile, efficient, and continuous service to the national and international maritime community.
As part of this responsibility, and following the announcement made by the President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, during his official visit to Greece, we inform that, starting July 1, 2026, the Directorate General of Merchant Marine (DGMM) and the Directorate General of Seafarers (DGGM) will extend their service hours to respond more promptly to the needs of our users.

Likewise, we remind you that the international offices of SEGUMAR and the Regional Documentation Offices (ORD), strategically located in America, Europe, and Asia, will continue to provide permanent attention to respond to the requirements of shipowners and seafarers serving aboard the Panama Ship Registry fleet.
