Omani Oil Exports Back to Normal After Drone Attack
Oman's Mina Al Fahal oil export terminal resumed normal operations on June 5, 2026, following a drone attack reported by Reuters. Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) confirmed operations continued after an explosion and temporary suspension. A drone landed between two Single Point Moorings (SPMs) with no reported damage. Oil export volumes from Oman averaged 897,129 mbpd in 2025, largely through Mina Al Fahal, with no significant disruption this year. LNG loadings at Qalhat terminal also continued normally, though gas prices and insurance costs rose.
